@Lana I remember first reading about her 20 years ago so it still weirds me out to hear people talking about her as a vanished creator. :blobcateyes:

Generally now days she's more known in retro computing circles due to the BBC micro, Acorn Archimedes, etc.

Most people outside of the profession or interest in CPUs probably haven't heard of people like her or others who did important chip design, such as Sydne Anne Holt who was the only woman on the 6502 design team - an incredibly important CPU in 80's computing.

It's fairly normal and not gender related.
