    @lookitmychicken You're creating such a lovely sanctuary there .. that looks like such a cosy spot too!

    Can confirm those IKEA slat tile things are a good investment. Had them in the last apartment I lived in as the balcony was yucky 80s pebble-crete stuff .. eww! It made such a difference. The only pain is lifting them occasionally to do a good sweep.
