@JeremyMallin I laughed off covid as just another flu that I was going to ignore until I heard of someone half my age with Asthma that died of it. I was on my assembly line at work, said good bye to everyone that day and never went back. When I got home that day, I informed my live in barely a bf that I was going to isolate. He laughed at me.
"How are you going to do that? Im not going to."
"its going to be easy. YOU arent going to be here!" Never saw him again either. Asshole.
Ive been home alone ever since. Never got covid and you get used to lonely. Eventually.
