I'd much rather have a #wfh guy that fucks around 3 hours a day playing WoW on company time but gets real shit done on the regular versus a guy that grinds his eyeballs out and requires a laundry list of revisions to have even the most basic #code promoted to prod
Moreover - Coding burnout is real, especially at the highest levels when a coder has zero passion for the project.
Too many companies still have a unrealistic belief that #coding is a "plug and play" assembly line.
