What I expected:
- At my destination I walk up to a counter and wait for half an hour increasingly bored for them to give me keys.

What I got:
- After paying, I find out I have to download an "app"
- The "app" will take in scans of my drivers license, and it's too late to object to this except by cancelling the car reservation
- The "app" utilizes a previously unknown-to-me Android feature to sniff one-time codes from my SMSes and authenticate me (1/2)
