Woke up to 5 minutes of weighted crunches
Later in the morning I did 20 minutes of mobility/flexibility work and 10 minutes of isometrics
In the early afternoon I did 25 minutes of cardio, then calisthenics:
3x50 seconds of pushups and air squats
5 minutes straight of leg lifts, 5 minutes straight of floor reverse hypers
In the evening I did 20 minutes of kata practice, then 20 minutes of heavy bag work, 20 minutes of nunchuck practice (using a solid steel one).
The heavy bag work was a single combination (side kick, jab, cross, body hook) done a hundred times per side. After each ten, I'd add movement, feints, shuffles, etc. so it wasn't just hitting it mindlessly.
Here's the weight I used for crunches, a 40lb log with handles carved in that a friend made for me.
