@chartier I recently just flat out deleted my DoorDash account. I ordered food that was delivered with cleaning fluid in it, did the whole refund process with a picture of the food, and the customer pacification rep claimed that I didn't send the photo and refused to make a refund. It didn't matter that you can't see the soap in a photo, that I assured they sent it, or that all they needed to do was change the $5 credit to $15. I didn't matter, so I deleted my account. They didn't notice.
