Stu@evan imagine spending the time to legislate against people abroad voting, given they're almost certainly a fraction of the number of domestic folks who *don't* vote. Invest that energy in making it easier for everyone to vote.
I'm glad they UK recently overturned the law that said I couldn't vote after 15 years abroad.
