They're not denying they have online propaganda presence going I just have noticed this sort of Russia/China hacker/botnet narrative being planted for years in mags like Wired. Anything which is a source of gee whiz soyboy facts gets consumed uncritically by a lot of tech/it/cybersec pros and varying degrees of Stallmanoids
