Phil in SF@joy i just found out my upstairs neighbors are moving out end of June. we have a shared washer/dryer in the garage for 2 flats. the landlord advertises the place for no pets, but they let me have a cat. it's a *large* (1475 sf) 2 bedroom/2 bath flat. I'm paying $3600 for my place (pricy, but I've never found anything comparable for less). i don't know what they'll be wanting for the place upstairs. drawback is that it's not a "nice" block and there's not like a cozy commercial district nearby like most neighborhoods in SF have. but *all* the transit is nearby.
