@judgedread Feudal monarchy with modern amenities, medicine and nukes would be decent, remember feudal serfs had 1/3 of the year off as vacation and 20-25% paid to government (including taxes, rent and all fees).

There is no real way to go back in time, just change the political system as it applies to the world today.
