You'd be healthier if you traded drinking HFCS with bubbles for smoking.
I like to tell my own story as an aid, but for you I offer it as a suggestion. Eat once per day. Cram a lot more salt, fat, meat and either vinegar or lemon.
The fat will replace the calories. The acid and salt combo will replace "that little something" that most people chase with their sweets. The meat along with any exercise will retune your physique to crave what you actually need, rather than craving your addiction. And the one-meal-per-day won't leave any room in there at dinnertime for unnecessaries.
Brother, drinking that shit is the worst fucking thing possible for your health.
