But realistically you could start an Authentic American Food restaurant/cart/stall and do well. Maybe not in Japan, but if you're broke and unskilled, look towards southeast asia until your situtation changes. I heard about a german guy who opened a bratwurst cart in Vietnam and made a bunch of money. Probably cost him $500 to get going.
