@Tony @vic @TimeSpent they have it in limited degrees. if you give a million people a medication someone is going to get sick if just by pure coincidence. but if it is determined that a medicine is actually making people sick then a company can be sued.

as an example. if you took aspirin and a few days later you got sick with the flu. while you could make an argument that it was the aspirins fault no court would prosecute it
