i don't wanna do the math but it should actually be p simple if it is just straight elemental copper and you know the specifics of how it is mounted. find steady state by setting the derivative of the energy radiated by the copper to be 0 with a given known input load from the CPU then solve for the value of the copper final temperature near the border. if it's less than like 90C you're good
