Mrs Cloudy@gilgwath @GossiTheDog knowing absolutely nothing about the circumstances, but recognising that this chap wasn't universally popular, even with his own people, why would jumping to the conclusion that it was caused by malevolent intent be any more nutty than jumping to the conclusion that 'it was just one of those things'? Could have been either, surely.
