@Shadowbroker2135 @Heil_Honkler @justnormalkorean Supposedly new polyethylene like in freezer bags and most "boil in bag" products doesn't shed microplastics. You get a few heating and cooling cycles before it starts to splinter off. So just like everyone else, you're not getting those essential micronutrients your body craves.
