free speech is important, especially here in switzerland, where every citizien is part of the political process. constructive discussions can only really happen, if there is free speech.

buuut, free speech does have its limits. especially when it comes to hate speech and stuff, which should be illegal.

civilized discussions need some form of free speech, but also respect towards each other, even on dissagreement.

also btw, using 'you impeed my free speech' as an argument has become quite wide spreaded. funly enough, i see people using it most loudly, who actually do censor other opinions (covidiots for example)

and before anyone screams at me: no, i'm not a free speech advocate. but i value having interesting discussions to extend my knowledge and my view on things
