Which is great, but… in absolute terms, the generation capacity of these coal and gas plants actually slightly increased, from 31.3GW to 31.6GW.

👉 So we're pumping *more* CO2 into the air, even though the share of coal and gas power went down 18%.

That's what I'm talking about. That's not going to allow us to avoid the climate catastrophe.
