    @ATLeagle I’m 62. I started trying to get my tubes tied at 25–after I had my son & divorced his father. It took me 2.5 yrs & I have no idea how many consultations to find a doc who’d even listen to me. They were all too deeply concerned about the hypothetical desires of some hypothetical man in my hypothetical future to consider MY very real desires/needs.

    This ain’t my 1st rodeo, pardner.
