𝚝𝚓𝚠@lanodan many of the fancy rice cookers are capable of some pressure cooking because that apparently makes for really good brown rice but I haven’t noticed many large standalone pressure cookers (caveat I don’t live in Japan but I spend about a month there every year and maybe the rural part of Japan I’m usually in doesn’t have as good of an appliance selection).
