Bethany BlackDue to illness and injury it’s been months since I’ve been able to get to the gym, but I’m back this morning. Turns out people have missed seeing me which I wasn’t expecting. I come in, show my card to reception and then with my headphones and sunglasses on I go and lift heavy things until I can’t anymore.
