   Due to illness and injury it’s been months since I’ve been able to get to the gym, but I’m back this morning. Turns out people have missed seeing me which I wasn’t expecting. I come in, show my card to reception and then with my headphones and sunglasses on I go and lift heavy things until I can’t anymore.
