The bribes to the regulatory agencies or they won't pass customs because the ship service skipped the drug test they couldn't go to since they were out delivering and other assorted nonsense. They factor that into the shipping bill. Only big time corruption allowed here, taping money to side of box is frowned upon here but people are just minorly upset that some delivery vans get looted if they pass section 8 housing every now and then. We need to bring back stagecoaches to delivery vans and not just to CIT.
