@raven667 @neil True, that said it looks like most of the local web agencies these days tend to heavily base themselves on wordpress, which makes sense as it's much less work to do.

And of course for businesses having a bit of design work done likely helps a lot to avoid looking like a generic website (even if I've seen way too many generic bootstrap sites).
But design doesn't means you need a whole bunch of frameworks, specially in the shipped version.
