@thomasfuchs @usps Maybe my most exciting Ground Advantage story this year is when I shipped a couple hundred dollars in retrogear only to have the package lost for a month, being denied the ability to open a claim, and watching it makes multiple trips back and forth to distribution centers.
Employees on the ground (who called me from their personal cell phones - because they claim the phones don't work, and that management doesn't answer voicemail) were very helping in tracking it down.
