well ... the united states and russia are really the only world powers that have blue water navies ... china has alot of ships but idk i dont see any foreign nation being able to steam a navy across either ocean to invade america and win ... they would establish a military presence in south america and mexico like they have been doing since the 80's so their logistic supplytrain would be over land continental instead of relying on their navy for mass troop movements
