Holy shit. I've had Child Tax Credit for years. One form. Sorted.
Been shifted onto Universal Credit and Oh My Good God. This is a benefit I know our household is entitled to claim, but we are going to withdraw the application. We need to submit about 40 separate bits of information, in the right order on the right minute of the right day, or we will "be sanctioned." Just fuck the fuck off.
