Managed a gentle run today. Focused on form and listening to my body over anything else as my knee is still not right.
I'm going to look into a running coach or someone who I can talk to about my form because I think it would help. I can explain what feels good, what hurts or aches, and they can tell me if that's normal and advise.
Knee did well though until I literally put that foot through the door at home and it twisted and ouched.
