@futurebird A favourite book of mine is The Bermuda Triangle Mystery—Solved! by Larry Kusche. It's dressed up in all the standard woo presentation, but it's simply a list of incidents and surrounding data. Here is "the ship that vanished in calm seas", and next to it the island newspaper saying "biggest storm ever last night". Here is the vanished Navy flight, and next to it the comment that it was a navigation training flight, the sort of error that was common, and evidence to show that probably they were where that error would put them. And so on. It's completely deadpan and completely remorseless, and it should cure Bermuda Triangle belief forever.
