@coolboymew @mangeurdenuage I had the EU/PAL controllers and I loved the joystick. After N64 going to PS2 felt such a downgrade even though now that Dualshock 2 controller was also a freaking beast compared to what comes out nowadays. Just something about no soft padding and thin edges made it way easier to control for me.

Also I love GameCube controller C-Stick over any modern "two identical sticks" configuration. It just felt so easy and quick to flick with the tip of the thumb.
