David Nelson@ryanhoulihan I had a checking account and a credit card with Wells Fargo. One day I went in to close my accounts. They said the card was a separate company but they would call them and take care of it for me. Of course they never did and then my annual iCloud renewal charged to it and went unpaid. I found out the card still existed years later when I was finalizing my mortgage. Surprisingly they let me just pay it and then expunged it from my record, since it was only $60. Still, was not happy.
