@Vidmastereon @ComfyGuy this case happened in my back yard :blobcatcowboy:

the judge was a complete diaper shitting moron. anti-slapp is supposed to give every deference to the plantiff (it's a vibe check, not a trial) and instead he ran the whole thing as a bench trial. he also scuffed pretty much all of the laws (literally just said he must be a public figure because people showed up to the gallery; that's not the test.)
