Tuesday: 150 seconds of plank, Yoga for runners, and then 12.2 km of #running (7°C).
It's always fun when the yoga includes *more* plank. 🤣 Playing with routes; included a long (~1km) slow uphill which was also fun. At least it was nice and cool morning run, even if my knee was speaking to me again. 🤔
