@shibao @Rocc simply medication, first for depression then for ADHD. The ADHD part really hurts because I spent 18 fucking years trying any solution but medication and blaming myself for failing. And then the super scary "amphetamine" med that they don't want to give you turned out to not make me feel buzzed and just turn off the self sabotage part of the brain.
