Friday: 114 seconds of plank, 20 minutes of #AppleFitness HIIT, 11 minutes of yoga for runners, followed by 6 km of #running (0°C).
I know I've been doing the Apple fitness workouts for a short time now, but I think they're going to have a positive effect, given some time.
So much to do today. Late in leaving for my run, and racing to get through today’s todo list.
