That's pretty cool. There is still a lot of Bureau of Land Management land out there; and a lot of nothing when you drive across the country. It's crazy to think about people setting up homesteads long ago, just trying to survive.

My father came here as a legal immigrant in the 70s. It took a lot of work for him to get us here. He wanted a better life for us compared to what he went though. All things work in cycles, and I'm sure we'll see it all repeat again sooner or later (preferably later)
