Is fedigroups.social run by white people, as is most of "backbone" of the fediverse?

If so, it might be worth creating an alternative run by nonwhite people (given the record of the white-controlled Fediverse thus far regarding "diversity" when it comes to nonwhite perspectives, some of which you mentioned in your post).
