For example, in Malaysia, there were racist #TikTok vids threatening voters for voting against a certain political party. The platform was very slow to take them down. And then I remember what happened to the Rohingya thanks to #Facebook.
Very little moderation resources are allocated for non-US countries. So, are these countries supposed to suffer the effects of polarisation more?
