Okay go to the grocery store and get fresh fettechine, not the dry on the box stuff.
In a pan saute 1 oz of butter, shrimp, dill and a fuckton of garlic, kosher salt and pepper.
When the shrimp are half cooked had 6 oz of heavy whipping cream. Cook on med, have pasta already cooked and ready to go on side, reduce cream until a yellow line begins to form around the edge of the pan and the bubbles reduce, I call this the ring of cheese, add 1/2 cup of shredded parm cheese, swirl pan until cheese melts, should take about 20 sec then pull off heat, at pasta, stir and serve with grated parm and fresh parsley.
Garlic bread is a must too.
