@feld @LCCMV @polarisera I don't even know if this is what happened, probably not, but our leaders would say "oh yeah we are totally vulnerable to russia" even with the substation thing they couldn't hide it so they blamed it on white supremacists (in at least one case it was in fact black supremacists doing it lol)
