unfortunately this willingness to behave and play by the rules is a major savings of cost and manpower for the system
take the covid shit for example: some petty tyrant could make up all the rules they want and decent white folks would just follow them because they taped a $10 sign on the window. they didn't have to hire 3 shifts of security guards to check IDs and follow folks around pestering them to wear a mask and make people not put their name down as "Sally Two Cums" at "42069 Fart Sniffer Drive" on the contact tracing sheet.
