@federicomena the good news is if you keep the iron away from the keyboard's controller, it's nearly impossible to accidentally damage an individual switch beyond repair; whatever you do can be undone
the first thing I do when diagnosing this is to reflow the solder for both legs of the switch, just because it's really easy to do, and bad solder connections are a common cause of switches going unreliable (but it won't help if the flaw is inside the switch itself)
if a simple reflow doesn't fix it, you can try opening the switch itself to look for the cause of the problem, but it's probably better to just swap that switch with the scroll lock one or something, assuming it's not a minimalist keyboard
