The reason so many men are so ignorant about basic facts around human reproduction is because we fear making them uncomfortable. Why does their comfort take precedence over a a baby's right to eat? Covering up is not practical (until you've breastfed, you don't realise how unreasonable an expectation it is). I remember feeling like I couldn't leave the house because of other people's 'discomfort'.
