If you are able to take all the humiliation it takes to get the unlocked bootloader, you can replace the Android it came with with something more decent. I'm using something called ArrowOS on my Poco X3 Pro and it's bearable. I can also use Sailfish, Ubuntu Touch and Droidian on it, but those can't beat the battery life of nearly a week I can get with Android.
If I'd be getting something like it now, I'd probably get an Xperia 10 III — they are still sold, Sailfish is officially supported on them and the phone itself looks nice. X3 Pro isn't a bad phone — TBH it turned out much better than I have anticipated, but I never use all of its computing power and it's a little heavy TBH. That Xperia or a Redmi Note 10/11/12 Pro would probably be a better choice for me.
