Mike McCue@Craktok @jaredwhite I agree that user data and privacy is a big part of the concern driving this bill but all that data is sucked up and sold already by domestic companies. It is also subject to Chinese hackers. I detest TikTok but I think this bill is likely to make things a lot worse here by giving us a false sense of data security while magnifying all the misinformation and toxicity issues.
