@allison @Arcana @Moon Shabbos Goy is a non-jew that does the stuff Jews aren't allowed on Sabbath. It's basically a "will work for food" sign targeted at (presumably) wealthy Jews. The way it's phased is written to be in line with religious law that technically prohibits paying cash for the forbidden services but allows meals, favors, etc. (in practice the jew will often give cash anyway and justify that it is going to be used for an allowable gift.
