Unfortunately, a certain race has pushed that men and women are the same exact thing, therefore we're not allowed to discriminate against the sex that had brains that are generally incapable of long term planning and other male behaviors.

Autism is male behavior being taken to its extreme. Neuroticism is female behavior taken to its extreme.
