Here in Baltimore we have Velocipede, BBW - a worker-owned bike store collective with two locations, another co-op dedicated to getting bikes to kids in one of the poorer parts of town as well as other regional co-ops to get bikes to refugees, asylum seekers and returning prisoners, etc. and we’re a city of <600K people!
