So let's hope we get this resolved. If not I would need to move on and defederate their server from ours as harassment like this is against our policy.

Almost forgot:
Over here in Germany it's also unlawful to harrass folks like this, so there is little choice. It either gets resolved or the server gets defederated. Anything else would make us complicit.
